Sister's Recital

Last year, Trista and Tessa Taylor performed an oboe, horn, and piano recital for the community. They had such an overwhelming amount of support that they decided to do it again this year.

It will again include oboe, horn and piano music, but will also include guest artists as well. The United Church of Christ’s handbell choir, under the direction of Sandra Eithun will perform, of which both Trista and Tessa are members. Trista will perform an oboe trio with Professor Howard Niblock of Lawrence University and Jennifer Bryan, principal oboe for Fox Valley Symphony. Tessa will perform a horn duet with Don Krause, horn teacher and Director of the Fox Valley Horn Club.

It will begin at 6:00pm on Saturday, May 12 in the New London High School Auditorium. The cost is $5 admission, with proceeds to go towards the New London band program.
