The New London Jaycees are proud to announce that New London Middle School Student Jack Noffke took first place at the Punt, Pass, and Kick Team Competition at the Don Hudson Center in Green Bay on Sunday, December 11th. Jack competed in the Team Competition, sponsored by the Green Bay Packers, and had a total kicking and throwing length of 242, which placed him first in his age group!
Jack made it to the Team Competition by first winning in his age group at the local New London Event held by New London Jaycees on September 25th, 2011, where he threw and kicked for a total of 289 feet. He then travelled to Marinette, WI on October 22, where he again beat all of the other boys in his age group with a total of 280.
The top four scorers from all first-place finalists in each age division for boys and girls competing in the Team Championship Events advance to the National Finals.
