ThedaCare has promoted Mike Radtke to director of diagnostic imaging for the health care system.
Radtke joined ThedaCare in 1995, as a physical therapist. In 2001, he accepted a manager role, leading the Rehab program for New London Family Medical Center (NLFMC), and over the course of six years assumed leadership of the NLFMC’s Lab and Imaging departments. In 2007, he became a ThedaCare Improvement System facilitator, supporting improvement work in lab, Theda Clark Medical Center’s Fifth and Second floors, the system’s patient fall prevention work, and coaching and mentoring.
Most recently, he has served as the interim manager of the fifth floor Collaborative Care unit at Theda Clark.
He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, receiving his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
