Lace up those shoes and join the Iola Village Library’s Fall Fun Kids’ Run at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2.
The non-competitive mile/half-mile run/walk is for children ages 5 to 12 years old. Parents can join their children and encourage them during the run.
Pre-registration forms are available at the Iola-Scandinavia Community Fitness & Aquatic Center. Cost is $3 for an individual or $5 for the entire family. Pre-registration is due by Sept. 24 and by pre-registering you are guaranteed a T-shirt!
The fun run starts at 10 a.m. at the Iola Village Library parking lot. Special guest for the day is “Clifford the Big Red Dog.”
