Seven members of the Nebraska-Kearney women’s soccer team have been named to the 2010 Academic All-RMAC team. To be eligible for this team, a student-athlete must have a GPA of 3.30 or better, be a starter or reserve, and completed two consecutive semesters or three quarters at their current institution. Sports information directors at schools that sponsor women’s soccer then voted the makeup of the first and second teams. Making the first team is junior midfielder Morgan Abert (Waupaca, Wisc.) and sophomore keeper Marissa Niday (Fremont). Abert, who has started every game (32) in UNK history, maintains a 3.95 GPA as a Biology major while Niday has a 4.00 GPA in Business Administration
