The New London Parks and Recreation Department, in conjunction with the Hatten Stadium Foundation, uwill hold a planning meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, at the New London Senior Center, off the Dickinson Street parking lot of the Washington Center.
The meeting is expected to last about two hours and is designed to gather input and ideas for a master renovation plan for the Hatten Memorial Stadium. All citizens who are concerned with how the stadium should be renovated should attend.
The city and foundation have hired Omnni & Associates to create the master renovation plan and facilitate the public meeting.
Those who cannot attend the meeting, but have ideas or concerns should put them in writing and deliver them to Chad Hoerth at the parks and recreation department.
