Electrical engineer to give Gunner’s Great Garage Talk

Matt Planning, Delafield, will present the second in a series of free “Tech Talks” at Gunner’s Great Garage in Manawa on Jan. 15.

Matt is a former electrical engineer who invented a device called RediRad. Matt’s invention is an adaptor that hides behind the dash and allows modern music players like a CD player, iPod, Sirius/XM satellite radio, cassette player or portable radio to be hooked to an old car and play through the factory radio.

At Gunner’s Great Garage, Matt will discuss “Automotive Radio Antenna Basics and “A Low-Cost Idea For OEM Radios Without An Auxiliary Input Port.” Matt will also answer questions about any type of automotive electrical system.

The free “Tech Talk” starts at noon at Gunner’s Great Garage, E6110 Fuhs Rd. (corner of Highway 22/110 and one street north of the Manawa Motel on opposite side of road). Refreshments will be served.

To learn more about RediRad contact Brew City Engineering, Inc., P.O. Box 180095, Delafield, WI 53018. Call (877)-BCE-0203 or (262) 646-3363. Email [email protected] or [email protected].

Gunner’s Great Garage’s next “Tech Talk” will be a “3M Tech Talk” on Feb. 26.
