Clintonville teen faces more felony sexual assault charges

William E. Davidson Jr., 17, Clintonville, was charged with two counts of felony sexual assault of a child and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

On March 9, 2010, Davidson was charged with disorderly conduct and released from custody on a $1,000 signature bond.

On April 8, 2010, Davidson was charged with battery and misdemeanor bail jumping and released on a $1,000 signature bond.

On Oct. 5, Davidson entered into a deferred prosecution agreement on the disorderly conduct charge, and the battery and bail jumping charges were dismissed but read into the record. The $1,000 signature bond remained in effect.

On Dec. 3, 2010, Davidson was charged with five counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child and five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

On Dec. 7, two girls, ages 13 and 15, told Clintonville police that they had been to Davidson’s home in early September and that he had touched them inappropriately.

Davidson faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted of sexual assault of a child.
