Simons, Sally A.

Sally A. Simons, age 49, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at her residence. Sally was born in Waupaca on September 25, 1961, the daughter of Neil and Joanne (Peterson) Simons. Sally worked for many years at Sunny Day Child Care in Waupaca. She is survived by her children: Travis (Vicki) Simons, Waupaca and Melissa Rolfs, Appleton; her grandchildren: Khloe & Aric; her mother: Joanne Simons, Bethany Home and her brothers: Scott Simons, Waupaca and Steve Simons, Waupaca. Sally is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and many friends. Sally was preceded in death by her father, Neil. A Memorial Service will be on Thursday, Feb. 3 at 1:30 PM at Bethany Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated. Holly Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
