The public is invited to join Clintonville city officials and employees along with students from Rexford/Longfellow elementary school in celebrating Arbor Day on Friday April 29th, 10:30 in WA Olen Park. The students will present a short program followed by the planting of a tree in the park. This will be Clintonville’s 33rd annual official Arbor Day ceremony, dating back to a tradition that began in 1979. The City will also be celebrating its 21st consecutive year of recognition as a Tree City USA by the National Arbor Day Foundation.
