??Judge Raymond Huber placed Shawn T. Carter, 26, Iola, on two years’ probation, sentenced him to 15 days in jail and assessed him $669 in court costs. Carter was convicted of narcotics possession. Charges of battery, bail jumping and carrying a concealed weapon were dismissed but read into the court record.

??Judge Philip Kirk placed Victoria D. Ordaz, 20, De Pere, on one year of probation and assessed her $928. She pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft and criminal damage to property. A burglary charge was dismissed but read into the court record.

??Ryan D. Konrad, 28, Marion, pleaded no contest to three counts of obtaining prescription drugs by fraud. A felony count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud was dismissed and read into the record. Judge Huber withheld sentencing, placed Konrad on two years’ probation and assessed him $264.

??Judge John Hoffmann placed Randy S. Genske, 40, New London, on three years’ probation, sentenced him to 60 days in jail, ordered him to register as a sex offender and pay $2,663 in restitution and court costs. Genske was convicted of four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.

??Matthew C. Lick, 47, Waupaca, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of child pornography. Four counts of possession of child pornography were dismissed and read into the court record. Judge Huber placed Lick on six years’ probation, sentenced him to 120 days in jail, ordered him to perform 250 hours of community service and register as a sex offender. The judge also said Lick must have no access to the Internet and no unsupervised contact with minors.

??Fawn D. Giesen, 24, New London, was convicted of felony battery to a police officer and misdemeanor battery. The court dismissed and read into the record a second count of battery to an officer, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Judge Hoffmann placed Giesen on two years’ probation and ordered her to perform 40 hours of community service. She is prohibited from drinking alcohol or visiting taverns.

??Judge Hoffmann sentenced Kelly J. Moderson, 25, Appleton, to one year in state prison and two years’ extended supervision. He also ordered her to pay more than $7,100 in restitution. Moderson was convicted of felony theft and a felony worthless check charge.

??Judge Huber placed Jon L. Gonzalez, 38, Waupaca, on one year of probation and ordered him to pay $2,140 in restitution. Gonzalez was convicted of misdemeanor battery. Charges of felony victim intimidation and bail jumping were dismissed.
