Tri-County 4-H Meeting Minutes

Tri-County 4-H Meeting minutes The meeting was called to order at 7p.m. by President Cody Borsche. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Lizzy DeCoster. The 4-H Pledge was led by Cody Borsche. Roll call was taken. Cian Fischer, Cody Borsche and Lizzy DeCoster were in attendance. The Treasurer’s report was read and approved. The Secretary’s report was read and approved. Old Business: The members present voted to do a car wash for the Community Summerfest on July 24 at the Weyauwega City Park. The members talked about going roller skating last month. They said they had a lot of fun. General Leader Lois Fischer said that she will be ordering sweatshirts and T-shirts this week. New Business: The King Fundraiser will be May 15. Members should be there by 9a.m. Debbie Preder will be picking up prizes for this. Melissa Fischer will be picking up the soda. We need to think of something to put on the Fair Billboard for our club again this year. There will be a 4-H Recognition Night at the Shawano Speedway sometime in May. Any members and leaders of 4-H will get in free. Cody Borsche did a demonstration about his “Share-a-Kid” contest. It is part of his Goat Project. The members present did some activities.
