Tri-County 4-H Meeting Minutes

Tri-County 4-H Meeting Minutes The meeting was called to order by President Cody Borsche. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Jenna Amateur. The 4-H Pledge was led by Cian Fischer. Roll Call was taken: Cian Fischer , Cody Borsche, Nick Saft, Lucas DeCoster, Nick DeCoster, Lizzy DeCoster and Jenna Amateur were in attendance. The Secretary’s report was read and approved. The Treasurer’s report was read and approved. The King Fundraiser was a big success. We had a good turn out of members. Thank you to all who came and helped. The Fair Forms and fees need to be in to the Club Leaders by June 26. We will not be doing a billboard for the fair as we did not get the registration in on time. Maybe we can do it again next year. Members voted on “Swing Into 4-H” as the theme for the 4-H booth. Please bring in any monkey stuff you have to the next meeting. Don’t forget to work on your record books. They need to go in right after the fair. The West Bloomfield Chicken Barbeque is June 26. Please meet at Lois Fischer’s house by 9am that morning to take things down to get set up. Tustin is again having a 4th of July Celebration on July 2nd. Members voted to have a float in the parade. We will meet at the Decoster’s house to decorate. The time will be announce at the BBQ on June 26. The members voted on putting out a garden container as part of the Fair Beautification project. Please bring some flowers to the next meeting so that we can plant them in a wagon that the Amateurs are donating. The members voted to go to Bay Beach on July 9th. The club will pay for $5.oo worth of tickets for each member. Bring or buy your own lunch. They do have pavilions outside the park in parking lot so we could eat together as a group if anyone wishes. Weyauwega Community Summerfest is July 24 at the Weyauwega Park. Please meet at Lois Fischer’s house at 10:30am to pick up stuff for set up. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
