Kristie Gaines, of Kristie’s Up North Barbershop & Hair Salon, cuts the first of Victoria Strey’s two 10-inch ponytails on Jan. 28 during a Locks of Love event in Waupaca.
Gaines and Jesse James teamed up with Family Video to offer it.
In all, a total of 14 haircuts were done that day for Locks of Love.
