Waupaca County Sheriff’s report
? June 10 – Two Haro BMX bikes were reported stolen from a garage on the N11000 block of Kratzke Road, Clintonville.
? June 10 – A laptop computer was reported stolen from an apartment on the N2700 block of County Road QQ, Waupaca.
? June 10 – A 500-gallon seal coater was reported stolen from the E900 block of Rural Road, Waupaca.
? June 9 – A burglary was reported at Pioneer Falls Adventure Golf, Grand Seasons Drive, Waupaca.
? June 8 – Two decorative tire rims were reported stolen from the E5700 block of County Road N, Manawa.
? June 8 – Solar lights and a red reflector were reported stolen from the 100 block of North State Street, Waupaca.
? June 6 – A New London resident reported that her debit card had been used twice without her permission for a total of $163.
? June 5 – A yellow recycling bin was reported stolen from the E1100 block of Round Lake Road, Waupaca.
? June 5 – A Coleman pop-up camper was reported stolen from the N400 block of State Highway 49, Weyauwega.
? June 7 – Cellphone use may have been a contributing factor in a crash at 9:40 p.m. in Mukwa.
Cole Habeck, 20, New London, was southbound on County Road W near Dey Road when he looked at his cellphone after receiving a text message. He then drove across the northbound lane into the ditch, striking a driveway culvert. His vehicle continued across a front yard, hitting a septic system vent and a few trees before coming to rest on an embankment.
Habeck received minor injuries in the crash.
? June 7 – One man was injured in a motorcycle crash shortly after 6 a.m. in the town of Scandinavia.
Richard Christenson, 49, Scandinavia, was operating a motorcycle eastbound on County Road O when he lost control and went into the ditch.
Christenson was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
