Brandon Buskirk, 14, of Clintonville, caught his first flathead catfish on a rod and reel while fishing the Wolf River with his dad Sunday night.
The fish measured 32 inches and fell for a live chub hooked on a bottom rig. Catfish action remains good on the Wolf, with a number of anglers also reporting increased walleye action.
