State 54 reopened west of Waupaca

Crews reopened State Highway 54 in Waupaca County, from the Portage County line to Foxfire Drive in Waupaca, to through traffic on Thursday.

The $2.2 million resurfacing project began in mid-August. No additional traffic impacts are anticipated.
