LWHS Class of 1977 challenge

The Little Wolf High School Class of 1977 challenges other graduating LWHS classes to meet or beat their donation of $725 to the Manawa Activity Complex.

The money was collected as part of their 35th class reunion at Cedar Springs on Oct. 27. A paw print with “Class of 1977” will be displayed at the complex because the donation was more than $500.

In attendance at the reunion were 23 members of the class that graduated 77 students. Awards were given as follows: Married the longest: 33 years – Pam Breier Harrington (Kurt); First to send back RSVP: Tim Hungerford; Most grandchildren: Six – Jon Bauer (Jeanette); Longest distance traveled: Jane Bauer Bauknecht from Virginia (flight home was delayed due to Superstorm Sandy). Kris Dudziak traveled from Burnsville, Minn. and was attending his first reunion in 35 years. Prior to the reunion Dudziak drove through his hometown of Ogdensburg and the surrounding area noticing that not much had changed, just that the population had decreased.
