Lynn Erickson-Meier has joined Hearing Services’ staff and will be managing their Waupaca location.
Meier comes to Hearing Services with 27 years of experience and the profession runs in her family.
“I learned the profession from my dad who had 45 years in the hearing aide industry,” she said. “Things have changed so much. We now have digital and nanotechnologies that were unheard of when my dad was in the business.”
Meier is state licensed as a hearing aide specialist and she is also nationally board certified in hearing instrument sciences. She is qualified to do hearing evaluations and is knowledgeable in programming software for many different laboratories for all makes and models of hearing instruments.
Her extensive marketing experience, including radio, newspaper, direct mail and special event presentations, will help Meier communicate the benefits of proper hearing assistance. Meier has also had experience in managing multiple locations for a national hearing services company.
Hearing Services of Waupaca is the newest of several locations for the company and the office is at 213 North Main Street . They also has locations in New London, Clintonville, Shawano, Merrill and Antigo.
“I look forward to serving the hearing needs of the folks from the Waupaca area,” said Meier.
