The New London Police Department will be offering its sixth Carrying Concealed Weapons class at the Washington Center on Saturday, Feb. 9.
The class runs from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 pm. This is a Wisconsin Department of Justice sanctioned class that focuses on weapon safety, carry options, legal aspects of deadly force incidents and self defense.
Cost for the class is $50 for New London residents and $75 for non-residents. Those interested can register for the class at the New London Police Department from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. daily. Gift certificates are available for friends and family. These classes usually fill fast so register early.
