Ebben, Randy J

God has taken another angel home. Randy James Ebben, 46, passed away March 4, 2013, unexpectedly at his home.

Randy was a happy go lucky kind of guy. Randy was also a hardworking man, who stuck to his beliefs. He adored his wife, Jeannie; he would go to work and brag about her homemade cookies. Randy took on the role of father when he married in September of 2006. He thought of his stepchildren as his own. Randy was an employee at Waupaca Foundry Plant 1.

Randy is survived by his wife: Jeannie; stepchildren: Casey (Sean) Erickson-Holen, Kyle Erickson; grandchildren: Jonathan Olsen, Quenten J.J. Schmit and Joshua Erickson, parents: James J. and Marilyn (Stadler) Ebben, sisters: Carrie (Al) Roskom, Cindy (Ron) Nackers, nieces and nephews: Monica (Jamey) Gosz, Jeff Roskom, Angela (Patrick) Fischer, Doug Roskom, Amanda (Ryan) Huss, Aimee (Tim) Bergstrom, goddaughter: Tara Roskom, great nieces and nephews: Logan, Lucas, Siena, Kamden and Jackson. Randy was preceded in death by one stepchild, Steven Erickson in 2005, mother-in-law, Anita Gabrielson in 2006, grandparents, William and Gertrude Ebben and Joe and Caecilia Stadler.

The Funeral Service was on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca. The visitation was on Friday at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
