Knights of Columbus plan fish boil in Weyauwega

The Weyauwega Chapter of the Knights of Columbus will hold a fish boil from 4-7 p.m Friday, March 22, at the Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church parish hall.

Their fish bosh will be different than the common Door County fish boil.

The local chapter of the Knights of Columbus will served boiled fish which is commonly called “poor man’s lobster.”

They will use pollock loins without any bones, which will be served with drawn butter.

Their fish dinner will also include small red potatoes, onions, carrots, rye bread a cookie.

The cost of the dinner will be $12 for adults, $6 for ages 5 to 10 and free to those age 5 and under, with a single family maximum of $36.

All proceeds will support activities of the Weyauwega chapter of the Knights of Columbus.
