Oscar M. Berge, age 90, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Friday, May 10, 2013 at Crystal River Nursing & Rehab. Center.
Oscar was born in the Town of Alban, Portage County on January 27, 1923, the son of the late James and Alma (Isaacson) Berge. Oscar farmed for many years and also was the Custodian at Rosholt Schools. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Oscar is survived by his brothers, Roy (Georgia) Berge, Amherst Jct. and Jerome Berge, Plover. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
A Memorial Service will be on Sunday, May 19 at 2 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Waupaca. Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
