The Waupaca Family Resource Center is encouraging parents to read books to their children through an upcoming program.
“Read with Me” is being offered at 6:30 p.m. Mondays, Oct. 21 and Nov. 18, at Dragonwings Bookstore, 108 N. Main St., Waupaca.
Reading to children is a way to bond, connect and commmunicate with children, and this program is being facilitated by Jeanne Ryan. Each child participant will receive a book.
