Mariann B. Eggleston, age 72, of Iola, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Iola Living Assistance.
Mariann was born in the Town of Hull, Portage County, Wisconsin on September 22, 1941, the daughter of the late Leo and Barbara (Trzinski) Smrz. Mariann is survived by a son, Richard (Ann) Eggleston and a daughter, Cheryl (Rick) Gibson; grandchildren, Melissa Culver and Douglas Culver; sisters, Patricia (Tom) Borchardt and Christine (Michael) Binley; brothers, Leo (Margie) Smrz and Andrew (Evelyn) Smrz. Mariann was further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and loving friend, Butch Ducak.
Mariann’s wishes were to have no services. The Voie Funeral Home in Iola was in charge of arrangements.
