The Iola-Scandinavia boys’ basketball team will resume Central Wisconsin 8 Conference play Friday, Jan. 10, on the road after a two-week break from the court.
The Thunderbirds will head to Amherst for a 7:30 p.m. matchup with the Falcons. I-S improved to 9-1 on the season Dec. 27 with a 58-34 nonconference win over Tigerton.
John Prahl led the T-Birds with 13 points, while Kristian Welch and Alec Lund added 12 each.
The T-Birds’ next home game is against Manawa at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14.
