Lind, Tammy L.

Tammy L. Lind passed away unexpectedly on Monday February 24th at UWHC Madison.

Tammy had received a double lung transplant in April 2009, at UWHC. Her determination, will and strength were admired by everyone that knew her.

Tammy worked for many years at the c-store of the Weyauwega Co-op where she loved talking to all the people who would stop. Her passions were riding motorcycle, and shopping for Turquoise in Florida or South Dakota. She also loved to take pictures of the wildlife out her front window. She loved to deer hunt, play sheepshead with family, and loved to help Mom and Dad Lind can tomatoes and corn.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Bryan; son Jeremy in St Louis; her sisters, Michelle Ebeltoft, Weyauwega, and Cindy O’Connor, Weyauwega; brother Mark Ebeltoft, Texas; brothers-in-law, Troy [Marco] Lind, Randy [Trudy] Lind, Terry Lind [Renee Graichen]; also many cousins, nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Howie. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Jamie Ebeltoft.

A special thanks to UWHC Madison, doctors and staff of pulmonary, for without them, the last 5 years would not have been possible. Also to the nurses and staff of B4/5 and B4/6 helping her through the last 6 months.
