Domingo Duenez Rodriguez, 51, Clintonville, faces eight felony counts in a sex crimes case.
He is accused of having sex with a girl who was between the ages of 11 and 13 in the summer and fall of 2012 and in January 2014, when the incidents allegedly took place.
Judge Philip Kirk set a $25,000 cash bond as a condition of Rodriguez’s release. He remains in custody.
Rodriguez faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
