Authorities have found suspect in hit-and-run pedestrian fatality

The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office reported that investigators are questioning a suspect regarding the hit-and-run fatality in the town of Lebanon.

Tyler L. Court, 18, New London, was found along Collier Road  shortly after 2:30 a.m. Saturday, July 12.  He was pronounced dead at the scene

“We have taken a vehicle which we believe has struck and killed the deceased to the Wisconsin State Crime Lab in Wausau,” according to Sheriff Brad Hardel. “We also have identified and spoken to a witness who had driven through the area on Collier Road around the time of the crash.”

Hardel said the crash is still under investigation and deputies are still following up on more leads.
