Waupaca police arrested Joseph A. Jackson, 28, Tuesday for the death of a 2-year-old boy that occurred earlier this year.

They will be referring Jackson to the Waupaca County district attorney’s office for charges of reckless homicide.

Shortly after 8:15 a.m. Sunday, May 25, Waupaca police were dispatched to 630 Elm St. for a report of a 2-year-old boy who was unresponsive and not breathing.
