Christmas Shop at the Library on Nov. 22

The Neuschafer Community Library will hold its 14th annual fundraiser, Christmas Shop at the Library, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Fremont Village Hall.

Approximately 300 themed baskets will be for sale in the hall’s gym.

The fundraiser also includes about 30 silent auction items and quilt and gingerbread house raffles.

All are on display at the library.

There are silent auction items from Premier Bank, Nancy’s Gifts, Farmers State Bank, Scharine Dental Office, Lake Breeze Golf Course, Wind River Rehabilitation Center, Pine Lane Studios, Frick Ford, Pulse Photography, Sunshine Gardening, Grassroots Salon, the Green Bay Packers and Mary Kay.

The items include gift cards, Green Bay Packers tickets, an autographed Green Bay Packers foortball, a tailgate party basket, a bird basket, stained glass and a photography sitting and picture.

In addition, there will be about 20 crafters and vendors.

Breakfast will again be served in the council room, beginning at 8 a.m., for those who want to arrive at the hall early and purchase something to eat before they begin shopping.

Lunch will begin being served at 11 a.m. and will include broasted chicken from Ted’s Grandview Supper Club, barbecues and chili.

Library Director Susan Frick said the funds raised will go toward the Story Time lab, eReaders, new computers (including one new public one) and further expansion of the library.
