The Lioness Christmas Parade will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Iola-Scandinavia High School.
The parade will wind its way down to Main Street and end at the Iola Historical Society complex on Depot Street.
Following the parade, children and families are invited to visit with Santa in the machine shed at the historical society.
Storyteller David Dall will provide entertainment in the historical society’s vintage school house, located across the street from the machine shed.
Cookies and refreshments will be provided by the Iola Lioness Club and the Iola-Scandinavia Chamber of Commerce.
There is no cost to attend and everyone is welcome.
