Edward Adam Marko, age 84, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Monday, December 22, 2014 at his residence.
Mr. Marko was born in Blenda, Poland on December 25, 1929, the son of the late Adolf and Maria (Braun) Markowski. On October 3, 1959 He married Helen Lojewski. He is a member of Farmington Lutheran Church in Waupaca. Edward is survived by his wife: Helen Marko, Waupaca, WI; Daughter: Irene (Bruce) Wachowski, Oswego, IL; Grandsons: Bruce Wachowski Jr; Brent Wachowski; Great-Grandson: Brayden Wachowski. Brother: Eric Marko, San Jose, CA; Sisters: Olga Isensee, Germany; Irene Schmidt, Palos Heights, IL; Hilda Meyer, Maple Park, IL. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Marion & Richard and an infant daughter, Cheryl.
The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 27 at 11 AM at Ev. Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Palos Heights, Illinois with Reverend Wayne Basch, officiating. Interment will be in the Bethania Cemetery, Justice, IL. Visitation will be on Saturday 10 to 11 AM at Ev. Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. Holly Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
