A vehicle driven by Todd Gruetzmacher, 46, of New London, was stopped at a stop sign waiting to cross U.S. Highway 45. Gruetzmacher’s truck proceeded from the stop sign into the path of a Highway 45 southbound vehicle driven by Ryan Bush, 37, of New London, causing a crash.
The Gruetzmacher vehicle came to rest in the southwest ditch of the intersection. The Bush vehicle came to rest in the south ditch of Brehmer Road.
Bush and his passenger, Pandra Bush, 36, of New London, were both transported to the hospital for possible injuries.
