Christopher D. Sommer, 41, New London, was charged with felony drunken driving and operating after revocation.
At 6:42 p.m. Friday, march 13, Cpl. Adam Rogge with the Weyauwega Police Department reported seeing a red Ford sports utility vehicle cross the centerline three times before he pulled it over on U.S. Highway 10 near Little River Road.
A prliminary breath test indicated that Sommer had a 0.224 blood-alcohol level.
Sommer has five prior drunken driving convictions in December 1997, September 1998, April 2003, June 2006 and September 2006. His license was revoked for 36 months in October 2006 but has not been reinstated due to multiple OAR convictions.
