A bases-loaded walk led to the Weyauwega-Fremont baseball team’s 5-4 nonconference win over Omro April 10.
The Indians took a 4-0 lead with three runs in the first and one in the fourth, but Omro tied the game with four runs in the top of the seventh inning.
W-F loaded the bases in the bottom of the seventh with one out before Omro’s Allen Reyes walked in the winning run.
Logan Bosquez got the win on the mound for the Indians.
W-F opened Central Wisconsin 8 Conference play April 13 at Iola-Scandinavia, played at Wild Rose April 14 and will host Manawa at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16.
