Cody T. Kaminske, 28, is charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver, drug trafficking, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On May 19, Weyauwega Police Chief Jerry Poltrock, Sgt. Brandon Leschke, Cpl. Adam Rogge and Officer Katelyn Dexter conducted a search warrant at Kaminske’s apartment on the 400 block of Wisconsin Street.

Police seized several bindles of heroin, a glass marijuana pipe and a small plastic container with marijuana residue. Kaminske was subsequently arrested.

According to the criminal complaint, Kaminske told police the heroin was for his personal use and that he had not sold heroin for about three weeks. He reportedly said he had been using heroin since the fall of 2014.

Kaminske was convicted of two counts of possession of cocaine in April 2007.
