Prosecutors have filed a third felony case within two months against Stephanie R. Tankersley, 24, Waupaca.

She is now charged with identity theft and misdemeanor bail jumping.

According to the criminal complaint, Tankersley’s brother met with Waupaca Police Officer Wesley Zube on May 4. He reported that Tankersley had used his debit card number to make online transactions totalling $973.

The money was used to pay credit card and medical bills, buy prepaid cellphone service and order two pizzas online from Pizza Hut.

Zube contacted Pizza Hut and was able to determine that the orders had been placed using her brother’s bank card, but delivered to Tankersley’s address.

On May 12, Tankersley was charged with delivery of heroin as party to a crime after Joshua Armon had an overdose at a swim party she hosted at the Village Inn.

On June 8, Tankersley was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping after she visited Joshua D. Parker, 34, Waupaca, at the county jail. Parker had been involved in the earlier heroin arrest, and the terms of Tanerksley’s bond were that she not have contact with Parker.

Tankersley also faces two misdemeanor criminal complaints from earlier this year.

She was charged in January with one count of credit card fraud and eight counts of theft by credit card.

In February, Tankersley was charged with disorderly conduct as an act of domestic abuse.
