‘Peeps Show’ in Waupaca

Library’s sweet exhibit to celebrate spring

The Waupaca Area Public Library is looking for submissions for its upcoming exhibit, “The Peeps Show.”

The library will host its second such exhibit from April 18 through May 28.

Local residents, families and businesses are encouraged to create dioramas using Peeps and other foods and materials for entry.

Dioramas may be on any topic, theme or current event and must be no larger than 24 inches by 24 inches.

Those interested in creating a diorama may download an entry form at www.waupacalibrary.org/exhibit-room or visit the library to pick one up.

All entry forms must be turned into the library by Wednesday, April 13.

Prizes will be awarded in various adult and child categories, including best use of Peeps, best original or creative concept, artful design, best use of language and best in show, at a reception on Monday, April 18.

All ages are encouraged to enter the show, and all ideas are welcome.

For more information, see the entry form or email Tracy Behrendt, exhibit room coordinator, at [email protected].
