Camper accused of voyeurism

A woman camping at Hartman Creek State Park told policeĀ a man shot photos of her mother while she was in the shower facility.

Brian S. Henninger, 44, Neenah, is charged with capturing an intimate photo without permission and two counts of invasion of privacy.

On Saturday morning, June 18, Deputy Pete Bosquez met with a woman at the Hartman Creek ranger station. She said she had been inside her camper, changing her clothes, when she noticed a man standing at his campsite outside a pickup truck, watching her through a partially open window.

His campsite was located about 25 yards from the camper.

She said the man later stared through the camperā€™s window at her mother while she was changing her clothes.

When her mother then went to the campgroundā€™s nearby shower and bathroom facility, the man allegedly waited about 10 minutes, walked from his campsite to the facility and shot some photos.

According to the criminal complaint, Henninger admitted to looking through the camperā€™s window for 15-30 seconds. He denied seeing anyone through the window of the shower facility.
