Indians pick up CWC-8 win at home

Weyauwega-Fremont’s volleyball team improved to 2-1 in Central Wisconsin 8 Conference matches by taking all three games from Bonduel Sept. 13 in Weyauwega.

The Indians opened the match with a 25-19 victory and followed that up with 25-15 and 25-23 wins.

Team leaders for W-F include Becky Schroeder (18 kills); Hailey Krause (seven kills); Genna Knorr (26 assists and four blocks); and Hannah Sroka (13 digs).

The Indians traveled to Stevens Point Sept. 15 to face Pacelli and will compete Friday and Saturday, Sept. 16-17, in a tournament at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
