Jan Thomas Hawke, 67, passed away January 31, 2017.
The son of Harry and Medora Hawke, he was born February 25, 1949. He will be missed by his surviving sisters: Jeri, Norma, Lyn and Cheryl and his brother, Tony. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Ted and Larry and sister, Kathy.
Jan grew up in Madison, WI and moved to Iola, WI in 1977 where he owned various bars. He loved meeting people and enjoyed getting to know all his patrons. He moved back to the Madison area in 2014. Jan enjoyed golfing, bowling, shooting pool, playing cards, laughing and making people laugh.
A small private memorial is being planned.
