FOSH program set for March 13
The history of ski jumping in the Iola-Scandinavia area will be featured at an upcoming Friends Of Scandinavia History (FOSH) program.
The PowerPoint presentation will begin at about 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 13, at the Scandinavia Municipal Center, following the FOSH meeting.
The program will be presented by Lyle Mork, local historian and researcher, who has compiled a collection of historical photos and information about this interesting sport.
FOSH invites everyone to bring along their ski-jumping memories to share with others. Refreshments will be served following the program.
