Robert James Schuette, age 80, of New London, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at his residence.
Robert was born on October 13, 1936 to the late Leo and Veronica (Burns) Schuette in New London. He was united in marriage to Marie Walbruck on August 13, 1960 in Manawa. He was a resident of New London his entire life. Robert was employed at Hamilton Canning Company and Bordens in New London and Larsen Canning Company in Hortonville.
Robert is survived by his wife, Marie; children, Michael, AZ; Gary, New London and Joe, New London; sister-in-law, Rose Kaddatz, New London and many other relatives and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; son, David; brother, Eddie; seven sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law.
A funeral services for Robert will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Cline & Hanson in New London. Fr. John Kleinschmidt will be officiating. Visitation will take place directly at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Most Precious Blood Cemetery.
