Shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, Fletcher was eastbound on School Street when she failed to negotiate the curve onto Royalton Street and crashed into the Community First Credit Union at the intersection of Royalton and 10th streets.

According to results from the state crime lab, Fletcher had a .29 blood alcohol content.
