Police seized more than 8 ounces of marijuana from a Lind home.
Breanna M. Woiak, 21, Lind, is charged with three felony counts of the delivery of marijuana, one count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
She was released from custody after posting a $1,000 cash bond.
According to the criminal complaint, Woiak sold pot to a police informant on three separate occasions. The sales were arranged through Facebook Messenger.
On two occasions, she allegedly sold an ounce for $380.
A search warrant was executed on Monday, May 21, at Woiak’s home, where officers reported finding 235 grams of marijuana in a safe.
