Doris M. Hooey, age 87, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018.
Doris was born on October 4, 1930, the daughter of Albert and Mary (Baker) Toddish. Doris married the late Delbert Hooey on May 6, 1950.
Doris is survived by her children: Ardie (Keith) Penney of Waupaca, WI; Timothy (Hisae) Hooey of Sister Bay, WI; Brian Hooey of Scandinavia, WI; Richard Hooey of Fremont, WI; Pam (Jerry) Wentzel of Waupaca, WI and Randy Hooey of Appleton, WI; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Judy McConkey and Shirley Kuske, many other relatives and friends. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mary Toddish; her husband Delbert Hooey; three grandchildren, four sisters, and three brothers.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Holly Funeral Home. Pastor Rick Anderson will officiate with burial of cremains to follow at the Sheridan Cemetery. A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. at the Holly Funeral Home.
