W-F netters win at home

Indians top T-Birds in five games

Weyauwega-Fremont needed five sets to pick up a Central Wisconsin Conference volleyball win over Iola-Scandinavia.

The Indians improved to 3-0 in CWC East Division play Sept. 20 by taking three of five games from the Thunderbirds.

W-F opened the match with a 25-22 win, but the T-Birds took a 2-1 lead with 25-19 and 25-14 wins in the next two games.

The Indians forced a fifth set with a 25-22 win in the fourth game and sealed the match with a 15-12 win.
