Koeller, James “Jim” G.

James “Jim” G. Koeller, age 81 of Clintonville passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the Greentree Health & Rehabilitation Center in Clintonville.

James Glen Koeller was born on May 19, 1937 in Neenah as the son of the late Walter and Wanda (Cleveland) Koeller. He graduated from Shawano High School and went on to serve his country in the United States Air Force from 1956 – 1964. Jim was united in marriage to Donna Muthig on January 4, 1958 at the Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville. The couple moved multiple times throughout their life before settling in Clintonville. Jim was an active member of the American Legion Post #63 of Clintonville and helped with many military graveside honors over the years. Donna preceded him in death just a few months ago on September 16, 2018. Jim was an outdoorsman who especially enjoyed bear and deer hunting as well as fishing.

Survivors include his many nieces, nephews, and God-Children. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, wife Donna, and a brother Albert Koeller.

A graveside service for Jim will be held later next spring at the Graceland Cemetery in Clintonville with Rev. Brian Crocker officiating. Military honors will be conducted at the cemetery by members of the Clintonville American Legion Post #63, VFW Post #664, and American Legion Auxiliary Unit #63.
