MoJoe and Flipside at the Gerold

Concert to benefit walking trail

MoJoe and Flipside will play a concert on Saturday, April 6, to benefit the Bethany Crystal River Walking Trail.

The performance will take place at the Gerold Opera House, 136 E. Main St., in Weyauwega.

The evening will begin with a cocktail hour from 6-7 p.m., featuring a complimentary light buffet.

The band will play from 7-10 p.m.

There will be a dance floor and raffle prizes.

Advance tickets are $25 and available at wegaarts.org, as well as at the Bookcellar and Bethany Home, in Waupaca.

After April 3, the ticket price is $30.

There will be general seating for the benefit concert, although tables of eight may be reserved.

The concert is being sponsored by Farmers State Bank, Faulks Brothers Construction, Neuville Motors, Petersen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Thrivent, ToTo Foundation and Wega Arts.

Other events coming up at the opera house include the Deadman’s Carnival Tom Waits Tribute Show on April 26, Last Big Band on May 11 and dinner theater June 26-29, featuring the original musical “Wet Kiss.”
